Care Initiatives is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through AffiniCare with a customizable schedule across our 43 skilled nursing communities. You may choose full-time or part-time hours and travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations within your region to cover open shifts.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable CNA experience.
• Active CNA certification is required.
• Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Perform routine health monitoring and vital checks.
• Encourage participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
