Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking Mobile & Flexible Certified Nursing Assistants through AffiniCare, its staffing partner. CNAs will pick preferred shifts, travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations within their region, and provide essential care across communities.

Openings emphasize flexibility, compassionate resident support, and teamwork with healthcare staff. Travel is required within the designated area, with benefits and competitive wages for qualified CNAs.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable CNA experience.
• Active CNA certification.
• Willingness to travel between Care Initiatives communities in your region.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Interact and communicate with residents, families, as well as the healthcare team.
• Provide health monitoring including conducting routine vital checks.
• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for safety.
