Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join AffiniCare with a customizable schedule. You can pick full-time or part-time hours and travel to multiple locations within the region to fill open shifts, keeping a minimum of 16 hours per month.

CNAs will support daily living activities, provide companionship, and work with residents and the healthcare team while following infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable CNA experience.
• Active CNA certification.
• Ability to travel between Care Initiatives communities within your region.
• Must live within a reasonable driving distance of Care Initiatives communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Deliver emotional support and provide companionship to residents.
• Interact and communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
