Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Wisconsin for flexible per diem, contract, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and block scheduling assignments. We offer control over your schedule, with opportunities for night, weekend, and holiday differentials depending on the facility and assignment type.

Must be a Wisconsin-licensed CNA or ORA Resident Assistant with all required CBRF certifications, and have at least one year of healthcare facility experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Wisconsin
• ORA Resident Assistant (RA) with required CBRF certifications
• Minimum of one year of healthcare facility experience
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Follow each patient's care plan and report any changes in condition
• Work alongside nurses, therapists, and facility staff to provide excellent care
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction
