Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Fox Cities is seeking Wisconsin CNAs for flexible facility staffing across Appleton, Menasha, and surrounding areas. This PRN/part-time role offers a $20.00/hour base pay plus incentives, along with opportunities to grow into full-time hours.

You'll provide direct resident care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, assisting with bathing, mobility, vital signs, meals, and documentation. Flexible shifts include day, evening, night, weekends, and on-call.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification – required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable and professional.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to safely perform CNA duties.
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, mobility and walking.
• Take and record vital signs as required.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans and facility procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
• Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members.
