Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Western Wisconsin is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for flexible scheduling across Spring Valley, WI and surrounding areas. This per diem/contract role offers part-time hours with options for temporary and block scheduling while supporting residents in skilled nursing and assisted living settings.

Applicants must be a Wisconsin-licensed CNA or an RA with CBRF certifications, have at least one year of healthcare experience, and possess CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin.
• OR a Resident Assistant (RA) holding all required CBRF certifications as mandated by the state of Wisconsin.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Follow each patient's care plan and report any changes in condition.
• Work alongside nurses, therapists, and facility staff to provide excellent care.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction.
