Job summary

Alvita Care is seeking CNAs in Northern Connecticut. Must hold a valid Connecticut CNA certificate with 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience. Experience in long-term care or hospital settings is a plus, and strong patient care skills are essential.

Flexible hours are available: part-time and per diem with 6.8-12 hour shifts across day and night. Weekends are a plus. Medical benefits, sick time, and 401(k) with company match are among additional perks; onboarding is fast to get you started

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Connecticut CNA certificate.
• 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong patient care skills with compassionate, quality care.
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or willingness to obtain.
• Must complete Alvita Care onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and daily living activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety protocols.
• Support memory care, ADL tasks, and transfer assistance as needed.
• Document care provided and communicate with supervising staff.
