Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Patient hygiene: bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment: meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping.
• Follow written assignment and instructions.
• Complete and submit appropriate documentation.
