Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring CNAs to provide in-home care in Davenport, FL. You will work with clients to ensure comfort, health, and quality of life, following assignments from the RN/Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Patient hygiene including bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, healthy home environment with meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Follow written assignment and instructions.
• Complete and submit appropriate documentation.
