Professional Case Management in Colorado is seeking Home Health Aides/ CNAs to deliver in-home care. You set your own schedule with part-time shifts and receive weekly pay. The role focuses on one-on-one patient interaction in clients' homes, supporting health and quality of life.

Ideal candidates have CNA certification, CPR/TB test, and are willing to learn skills like transfers, vital signs, documentation, ROM, and ADLs. Benefits include medical, dental and vision; training may be provided.
