Ideal candidates are dependable, with CNA certification and experience in skilled nursing facilities. You’ll work with a team to deliver high-quality resident care and may be assigned to multiple facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as CNA in a SNF or similar setting.
• Active CNA certification in SC required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• TB test cleared.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Record patient data and vital signs in EMR.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance.
• Document vital signs and observations.
• Respond to call lights and requests promptly.
• Communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals and hydration when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control practices.
• Support the nursing team in delivering resident-centered care.
• Report issues to supervisor and agency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
