Job summary

A Plus Health Care, part of the Addus HomeCare family, is hiring CNAs to support long-term care, assisted living, hospice, and in-home care across multiple facilities and shifts. On-site training is provided, with opportunities for more shifts if duties are fulfilled.

Qualified candidates must hold a MT CNA license, provide immunization proof (TB, Hep B), CPR certification, reliable transportation, and pass a background check. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Current MT CNA License with MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Immunizations proof including TB test and Hep B.
• CPR certification is current and verifiable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, charting and execution of plans of care.
• Provide on-site training and support for diverse care settings.
• Work in long-term care, assisted living, hospice, and in-home care as needed.
• Flexibly staffed shifts across facilities and home care deliveries.
