Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read calculations and perform simple operations.
• Knowledge of materials, products, equipment and related processes.
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, security and environmental standards and procedures.
• Communicate information about your scope of work to others.

Responsibilities

• Realize and control production operations to meet quality and performance constraints.
• Follow safety rules related to equipment and personnel.
• Report production results to the shift leader/team leader with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of the work environment.
• Contribute to team performance and relay instructions clearly.
