Job summary

Sartorius AG is a global life science company. We are looking for a dedicated individual to realize production rates as directed, while ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards are followed.

You will follow shift instructions, maintain clean work areas, and report results to the team leader. You will operate within a supportive team, contribute to continuous improvement, and participate in the company’s development programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read calculations and perform simple operations.
• Knowledge of materials, products, equipment and related processes.
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, security and environmental standards and procedures.
• Communicate information about your scope of work to others.

Responsibilities

• Realize and control production operations to meet quality and performance constraints.
• Follow safety rules related to equipment and personnel.
• Report production results to the shift leader/team leader with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of the work environment.
• Contribute to team performance and relay instructions clearly.

• Realize and control all his production operations with the requested quality, while respecting performance constraints and requirements (safety, security and environment)

• Know and follow the safety rules related to equipment and people

• Report with rigor and precision of their production to the shift leader / team leader

• Ensure the cleanliness and permanent storage of the work environment
