Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a Child Welfare Case Manager to provide full wrap-around case management services for children and families. The role involves meeting with children and parents, developing family-centered case plans, and coordinating services to support safety, permanency, and well-being.

A valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel locally are required. The position supports a meaningful mission across Florida with on-site work and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field is required.
• Degree in Social Work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wrap-around case management for LSF clients and families.
• Develop case plans with families and partners toward reunification or permanency.
• Document activities in the Florida Safe Families Network within 48 hours.
