Job summary

Taziki’s Café is hiring for catering support team members to serve customers with our Mediterranean-inspired offerings and friendly, timely service. You will assist with catering orders, deliveries, and setup while sharing our story and culture with guests.

Experience in food service is a plus, but not required as training is available. This position supports mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule—availability on mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Taziki’s Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders.
• Deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing with the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely at all times; abide by all traffic laws.
• Comply with applicable Health Department standards.
