Taziki's Café is seeking team members who will be ambassadors to our customers, menu, story, and culture. You will deliver exceptional service in-person or by phone and help prepare and deliver catering orders across shifts.

We offer a flexible schedule, opportunities for growth, and a friendly, fast-paced environment where teamwork is valued and training is provided. No evening shifts required for some roles, and meals are provided on shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Energetic and people-oriented.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Leadership and guest service skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be a Taziki’s Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders.
• Deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing with the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely at all times; abiding by all traffic laws.
• Comply with applicable Health Department standards.
