Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of caregiving or CNA experience.
• Valid CPR certification from an in-person class.
• Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• AHCA Level 2 background clearance.
• Successful drug and motor vehicle background screenings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties (standing, bending, kneeling, transferring).
• Strong communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Accompany clients to appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other activities.
• Assist with active and passive mobility exercises per care plan.
• Observe clients and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Deliver dependable, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and confidentiality.
