Job summary

BrightStar Care of Sugar Land, West Houston & Katy is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care across Sugar Land, West Houston, and Katy, TX. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts with a supportive team, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility support, companionship, and accompanying clients to appointments. CPR and background screenings are required, with competitive pay and weekly pay options to fit

Qualifications

1–2 years of caregiving or CNA experience
CPR Certification from in-person class
Negative TB Test within the last 12 months
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Reliable transportation
AHCA Level 2 Background Clearance
Successful drug and motor vehicle background screenings
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Accompany clients to appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and activities
Assist with mobility exercises per care plan
Observe client condition and report changes to Director of Nursing
Maintain client dignity and confidentiality while delivering dependable care
