Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Portland East (Clackamas) is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients with daily living activities and provide companionship. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and consistent hours, with training and 24/7 caregiver support to back you up. You will be matched to clients based on experience and preferences, with paid travel time and orientation.

No experience? We train new caregivers to meet client expectations while ensuring a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs.
• Must own a smartphone and be able to use a mobile app.
• Must pass a state and national background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities and hobbies.
• Assist with household tasks (light cleaning, laundry, dishes) as needed.
• Provide transportation to appointments or store trips when required.
• Monitor and report client condition to supervisors and families.
