Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Newton, MA to provide in-home care with compassionate, personalized support. 20–40 hours per week, flexible schedules, and both full-time and part-time options are available.

Immediate openings in Newton for day and evening shifts. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Prior caregiving/home care experience preferred.
• Reliable, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in client needs or condition to the care team.
