Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a flexible/float caregiver in Alexandria, MN. The role provides direct and supportive care to individuals with developmental needs, with shifts including weekends and varied hours.

Must have a valid driver’s license and meet Sevita insurability requirements. You’ll contribute to personal care, community participation, and daily living activities while adhering to care plans and company policies.

Qualifications

• No High School Diploma or equivalent required for caregiver role.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
