Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Crookston, MN. You will work across three homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and meaningful community engagement.

You’ll cover flexible full-time shifts (3pm-11pm, 7am-3pm, overnight) and help participants pursue goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while building trusting relationships.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and their favorite activities.
• Run errands and coordinate supplies for three homes in Crookston.
