Job summary

Harmony At Home Senior Care is hiring caregivers and personal care attendants for multiple client assignments throughout the Dallas area. We offer a variety of schedules and hours, and are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, PRN, or temporary work with immediate starts.

Assignments vary by client needs, location, and availability. Base pay is $10.00–$15.00 per hour, with higher rates on urgent or difficult shifts ($16.00–$20.00 per hour).

Qualifications

• Be dependable and able to report to scheduled assignments on time.
• Demonstrate professional and compassionate communication.
• Be comfortable providing care in clients' homes.
• Be able to follow client care plans and company policies.
• Be able to complete required onboarding and training.
• Have reliable transportation to assigned client locations.
• Have a valid driver’s license when required for the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Light housekeeping related to client care.
• Assist with errands or transportation as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment for the client.
• Follow the client's plan of care.
• Complete required shift documentation.
• Report changes or concerns to the office.
