Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with activities of daily living, safety, and well-being. The role emphasizes dignity, privacy, and high-quality service, with shifts that include flexible part-time hours and a pathway to a lasting career.

You will help with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and participation in wellness activities, while following individualized service plans and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required First Aid and CPR certifications; Medication Management may be required by state.
• Nurse’s Aide certification preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Maintain safety, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality; monitor health changes and report promptly.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care and support social-emotional well-being.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks; assist with transportation and transfers as needed.
• Follow ISP plans and policies, participate in trainings and team communications.
