MBK Senior Living in Cedar Hills, Utah, seeks a compassionate NOC Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and safety. You will work in a people-first environment with formal training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications (if required).
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless required by state.
• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Must read/write/speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide safe transport via transfers and help with mobility and safety.
• Support meals, wellness activities, and social engagement.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and dignity per policies.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and communicate effectively.
