Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience in a home setting.
• Flexible availability and willingness to pick up shifts as needed.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient approach.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety, including transfers and ADLs.
• Provide medication reminders, observe health conditions, and report concerns promptly.
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy.
