The role supports client safety and well-being under a structured care plan. We offer competitive pay ($19.00–$19.75 per hour), flexible schedules, paid leave, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and caregiver referral bonuses.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 1 year caregiving experience.
• Willing to pass a criminal background check and work legally in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable car.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility, meals).
• Light housekeeping as needed and transport to medical appointments or social outings.
• Follow individualized care plans and promptly report changes to the branch supervisor.
• Document visits and tasks in the home care app and manage receipts/errands.
