Job summary

Marietta Toyota in the Smyrna area is seeking a Sales & Leasing Consultant who thrives on outstanding communication and building trust with customers throughout the car-buying journey. You will greet guests, check them in, and act as the liaison between customer and dealership, using the TARGET Sales Model and Elead CRM while attending daily sales meetings.

This 100% commission-based role rewards knowledge, relationship skills, and flexibility to work Monday–Saturday 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Completion of Negotiation training.
• Completion of annual Toyota Certification Training and ongoing monthly product quizzes.
• Proficient operational software techniques for DMS [CDK], Service CRM [Elead] and any additional dealer-specific software.
• Demonstration of the company’s core values.
• Having the aptitude & desire to develop a solid understanding of product information related to all brands, vehicles, and all sales processes offered by the dealership.
• The ability to work flexible hours, to include Monday – Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 12:30 p.m.- 6 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greets every guest upon arrival at the showroom.
• Checks in guests in the showroom and updates guest information.
• Follows the TARGET Sales Model.
• Utilizes CRM (Elead) to follow up with customers.
• Attends daily and weekly sales meetings.
• Communicates effectively with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and Sales Staff.
