Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert for our Benefit brand presence in-store. You will engage guests, perform waxing and tinting services, and demonstrate products to boost sales while delivering a superior guest experience.

The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required by law, and the ability to build client relations through regular training and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup applications and brow services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals, supporting store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and suggest complementary products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Provide brow/bar services including waxing, tinting, tweezing and lash applications.
• Book appointments using the store system and maintain service quality.
