Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize sales of the Benefit brand by engaging guests, performing waxing and tinting, and demonstrating makeup to showcase products. Maintain the Brow Bar area, take bookings, and ensure hygiene standards are met.

The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license, strong guest service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Full-time in-store role with benefits and ongoing brand trainings.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application with waxing, tweezing, and tinting preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals; contribute to store targets.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services: waxing, tinting, lash applications within policies; book appointments.
