AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician for Marathon, Florida to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer locations. You will work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new customers daily and delivering best-in-class service.

Responsibilities include installing equipment, activating networks, and solving on-site issues. The role requires a flexible schedule, valid driver’s license, and readiness for overtime or weekend work.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; ladders can weigh 50–60 lbs.
• Weight limit of 325 lbs applies for ladder safety.
• Occasionally work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft).
• Be available for overtime, emergency call outs and holidays.
• Must identify wire and cable colors.
• Must qualify on pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer locations.
• Work independently as a trusted technician at customers' homes and businesses.
• Meet new customers daily and deliver best-in-class service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and activation.
• Adapt to varying daily tasks and environments.
