Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary business and administrative assistant to the Bowling Center Manager, responsible for the day-to-day business operations, financial reconciliation, logistical procurement, and administrative management of a mid-sized recreational bowling center.
• Executes daily business and financial reconciliation procedures for the bowling facility by verifying cashier drawers, consolidating POS financial data, resolving transaction discrepancies, and preparing daily activity sheets for secure deposits.
• Conducts monthly inventories and cash-count audits of revenue centers; harvests BI from Air Force databases (Qubica/QPS, AFSMS, IBPS, SETS) for inventory control and reporting.
• Monitors stock levels for pro shop, snack bar, and lane maintenance; coordinates supply requests with vendors; uses P-Card for local acquisitions within thresholds.
• Consolidates and inputs time and attendance data for facility personnel; maintains records per Air Force protocols; prepares correspondence and records management.
• Acts as escalation point for customer service and business inquiries; plans tournaments, leagues, events, and promotions with the Bowling Center Manager.
