Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Bowling Center Manager in economical operation of the bowling center.
• Develop promotional programs to increase participation and assist with annual budgeting.
• Track labor, food/beverage and inventory costs; adjust to meet budgets.
• Review suppliers, establish sources for supplies and equipment.
• Oversee workforce management, recruitment, and staff training.
• Organize and schedule open/league bowling; conduct bowling instruction courses.
• Ensure preventive maintenance on equipment and manage inventory for pro shop and snack bar.
