Job summary

Intense Behavioral Services is seeking a Behavioral Technician to conduct 1:1 individual therapy and follow treatment plans for clients in Newark, New Jersey. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a High School Diploma and preferably a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related fields. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1:1 Individualized Therapy with Clients.
• Follow individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based methods to facilitate treatment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient information.
• Take data daily through the data collection system.
• Adhere to all facility and company standards.
