Intense Behavioral Services is looking for a motivated Behavioral Technician to conduct 1:1 individualized therapy for clients in North Bergen, New Jersey. This role requires following treatment plans and utilizing evidence-based methods to improve patient lives. Ideal candidates are organized, have strong communication skills, and hold at least a high school diploma. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's preferred in relevant field.
• Experience as a behavioral health therapist is a plus.
• BLS and CPR certified needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1:1 Individualized Therapy with Client.
• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
• Take Data Daily Through Data Collection System.
• Adhere to all facilities and company standards.
