Qualifications

• High School Diploma is mandatory.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or education.
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1:1 individualized therapy with clients.
• Follow individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate treatment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information.
• Take data daily through data collection system.
• Adhere to all facilities and company standards.
