Intense Behavioral Services is looking for a Behavioral Technician to join their team in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ. This role involves conducting 1:1 individualized therapy sessions with clients and following personalized treatment plans. Ideal candidates should have a High School Diploma, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, and experience in behavioral health is a plus. Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or related field.
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1:1 Individualized Therapy with Client.
• Follow individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate treatment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan.
• Take Data Daily Through Data Collection System.
• Adhere to all facilities and company standards.
