Job summary

Possibilities ABA, LLC. is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children with Autism in client homes, community locations, and treatment centers in Southern Utah & South Dakota.

You will support therapy sessions, engage with children, and help them learn new skills with a flexible 3-hour shift schedule. Starting pay ranges from $14–$16/hr, with higher rates ($18–$25/hr) after obtaining or renewing RBT certification, and PTO for all staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Preferred: relevant college coursework or degree.
• Experience working with children and individuals with autism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children in therapy sessions.
• Assist children at their level during activities and routines.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and varied daily tasks.
