Job summary

Possibilities ABA, LLC. in St George, UT is seeking a Full-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, community settings, and treatment centers. You will implement ABA plans and monitor progress with parents and BCBA staff.

We offer a flexible 3-hour shift schedule between 9:00am and 7:00pm, competitive pay $18–$25/hour after RBT certification, and benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, life and pet insurance as our team grows.

Qualifications

• RBT certification current/active or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based intervention plans one-on-one with children.
• Prepare sessions by setting up materials and reviewing notes.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate records.
• Provide progress updates to parents/caregivers and BCBA staff.
• Adhere to BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA regulations.
