Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA is required or BCBA certification.
• BCBA certification or graduate degree in ABA with experience in behavioral health.
• Strong collaboration and communication with families and schools.
• Ability to design and oversee behavior intervention plans and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents.
• Analyze behavioral data and develop measurable treatment goals.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to Behavioral Technicians and team members.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and provide ongoing program monitoring.
