Job summary

Merakey seeks a Fee for Service Behavior Consultant to join our team serving DuBois, PA and surrounding counties. You will design and direct individualized behavior modification plans, collaborating with Mobile Therapists and families.

The role offers supervision towards BCBA licensure, a flexible schedule with a minimum of 15 hours per week, and a mileage stipend. Earn $30/hour unlicensed, $35/hour licensed, or $40/hour for BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to travel between clients.
• Experience providing ABA services or supervision for BCBA licensure pursued.
• Minimum 15 hours per week; flexible schedule; mileage stipend included.

Responsibilities

• Designs and directs behavior modification interventions individualized per child/adolescent and family.
• Identifies behavioral goals and intervention techniques; recommends non-aversive methods.
• Serves as consultant to Mobile Therapist; provides assessment, program design, and monitoring with limited direct therapy.
• Maintains direct contact with child and family; participates in team meetings.
• Acts as consultant in meetings when behavioral issues arise in schools.
