Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Woodbridge Township, NJ. These roles offer the opportunity to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans, and communicating with families. We offer competitive pay, annual raises, and a career growth pathway from Behavioral Assistant to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
