Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Brick Township, NJ. These part-time roles provide the opportunity to transition to full-time as caseloads grow. Ideal candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness.
• Ability to engage clients, assist with mobility, and lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
