Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Woodbury, NJ. Part-time positions allow for flexible scheduling and the potential to transition to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
