Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Trenton, New Jersey. This part-time role allows for flexibility and opportunities to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.
• Able to go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.
