Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in White City, Oregon. Part-time positions are available with a pathway to full-time as caseloads expand. The ideal candidate will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies, implementing individualized treatment plans, and engaging clients actively during sessions.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
