Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Worcester, MA. This part-time position offers the opportunity to develop into a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or similar is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50lbs, and go from sitting to standing unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism utilizing ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tools.
