Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Assistant in Webster, Texas. This part-time position offers the opportunity to transition to full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working directly with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, have reliable transportation, and be able to engage clients actively. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits for those working 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage clients actively during therapy sessions.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
