Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
